🟠Production & Delivery Time:

Each painting is made to order and requires 1–2 weeks for the painting process and 2–3 weeks for natural drying of the paint.

After the artwork is ready, delivery typically takes 7–15 days, though in some cases it may take up to 25 days depending on customs processing and international shipping conditions.

🟠Canvas Border for Easy Framing:

To make framing simple, the canvas includes an extra white border of approximately 5 cm (about 2 inches) around the edges of the painting. This additional margin allows the artwork to be easily stretched on a wooden stretcher frocal framing workshop.

For larger paintings (as well as for smaller sizes upon request) I am provide a wider white border of approximately 7 cm (about 2.75 inches). This extra margin gives more flexibility when stretching the canvas on a frame, especially for large-format artworks.

If you prefer the 7 cm (2.75 in) border, simply add a note to your order or contact me after purchase.

Each artwork is unique and made to order. I do not keep paintings in stock.

Every piece is handcrafted with care, so no two paintings are exactly alike.
 Your artwork will preserve the overall composition, color harmony, 
and expressive character shown in the listing photos while remaining a one-of-a-kind original.

Each painting is created personally by the artist Tanya Mireille, 
signed on the front and back, and includes an attached wax seal 
and a French certificate of authenticity.

🟠AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PAINTING:
Once your package arrives:
🔔Carefully remove the canvas from the tube
Gently unroll the artwork

Allow the canvas to rest flat or hang freely for 3–5 days
This helps the canvas return to its natural shape before stretching it on a frame.
🔔Please do not keep it rolled up. 

🟠 ABOUT FRAMING:
I do not offer framing services.
✔️ Before making a purchase, please contact your local workshop to inquire about the cost
of stretching the canvas on a stretcher and the cost of making the stretcher.

🔔 Please refrain from purchasing or ordering a stretcher (frame) in advance.
I recommend waiting until you receive the painting before ordering a stretcher or frame.
This allows you to take the finished artwork to a local workshop where you can choose the appropriate thickness and wood type for the stretcher, ensuring a perfect fit for your new art piece.

Framing is not included with the artwork.

Most collectors choose to have the canvas stretched on a frame at a local framing workshop, which allows them to select the frame style and thickness that best suits their interior.

For this reason, it is recommended to wait until you receive the painting before ordering a frame.

• Due of the expensive shipment on a stretcher, i send they unframed, rolled, very good packaging,

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items — Right of Withdrawal:

All original paintings at BETSY-ART GALLERY are painted individually to order.

All prints are produced on demand at the time of purchase.

Custom-made and personalized artworks — exemption from the right of withdrawal Pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

All original paintings made to order and all personalized prints and digital products sold in this store fall within this exemption.

Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or returned solely on the basis of the right of withdrawal.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once production has begun.

Returns are accepted only in the event of damage during shipping or non-delivery, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order (for prints) or within 24 hours for original paintings, before the painting process begins. 
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Replacements — Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging every artwork.
 However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us. 

To be eligible:

within 14 days of receiving your order ( for prints produced on demand)
and  within 48 hours of receiving your order ( for original paintings).

Provide clear photographs of the damage (artwork and packaging)
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for prints.

For Original paintings:
We will offer either a replacement (if possible) or a full refund (In both cases, the painting must be returned).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return or confirming the issue. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

NOTES for Original Paintings:

Inspection of Oil Paintings

Oil paintings should be inspected within 7 days of delivery.
If any major issue is discovered, please contact us within this period so we can assist you.

Original paintings cannot remain rolled up for extended periods of time. Therefore, they must be unpacked and inspected within 7 days of receiving the package.

If an oil painting is not unpacked within 7 days, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its condition thereafter, and no claims or complaints will be accepted. The buyer is informed of this policy at the time of shipment.

If you will not be home to receive the package or expect to be away for an extended period of time, please let me know in advance, and I will ship the painting later, once you have returned home.

Return Conditions

If a return is required due to damage or a verified issue:

the item must be returned in its original packaging

the item must be unused and in the same condition as received

Return shipping costs for original paintings are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Situations:

Original paintings are unique works of art and therefore cannot be returned for preference reasons.

Minor colour variations due to screen calibration differences

Returns or refunds are not available in the following cases:

Change of mind (all items are made to order)

Incorrect size or style chosen by the buyer
Size variations within standard tolerances

Incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer

Damage caused during unpacking or handling after delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will gladly reship the item once the correct address is confirmed.
The buyer bears additional costs for re-shipping the order.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows that an item was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors or your local postal carrier. Sometimes parcels are left in a safe location nearby.
