In case of damage to the item,
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
📌Return Policy:
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order for any reason, I will refund 100% of the order value.
In Case of Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo for confirmation. We will work together to find a positive solution.
For oil paintings, if damaged, you have the right to return the item. It will either be replaced or fully refunded without return shipping costs.
For printed canvases, if received damaged, the item will be replaced or fully refunded.

No Returns for Preference Changes: Items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded if you simply change your mind, or made a mistake with style, size, or address.
Important: Please be careful when providing the delivery address. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Please carefully consider your purchase and how the painting will fit into your interior before buying. If necessary, consult with a designer.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 6 hours of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you have need repack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address in France that we will provide you with.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order at the checkout counter and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and fix it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items
cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded to you within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
