• However, I can accommodate sizes up to 47*70 inches (120*180cm) or 47*47 inches (120*120cm).
• 🔔Please note that the painting is sent unframed and rolled in secure packaging.
• Each of my paintings is custom-made to order, ensuring that every piece is unique and crafted with care. Due to the nature of my work, I do not keep paintings in stock.
• ❗Each painting is made to order and is truly one-of-a-kind, meticulously preserving all the vibrant color details and compositions. The thickness of the brushstrokes may vary depending on the size of the painting.
• Once you place an order, please allow 4-5 weeks for the painting to dry, as I use thick, voluminous strokes that require ample drying time.
• To facilitate easy framing, I add an extra 5 -7 cm of white border around the edges of the canvas, allowing you to stretch it over your stretcher.
• The rolled canvas is wrapped in an anti-shock film with large air strips to ensure it is well-protected during transportation.
• Each painting is personally signed and stamped by me, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

• of stretching the canvas on a stretcher and the cost of making the stretcher.

• - Your finished canvas is dispatched in a double walled square tube so that the print arrives in an undamaged condition

• Due of the expensive shipment on a stretcher, i send they unframed, rolled, very good packaging,

                                        Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

                              Return or Replacement Policy

• All artwork comes with a 14-day money back guarantee 100% if the print/painting is lost in transit and not delivered during 3 month.
• Please contact me within 7 days if you have any issues with the artwork.
• For Prints:
• 🔔Prints are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for the same print and size if damaged: please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package and attach the following photos: general front and back views, details of the painting, a package with address and the damaged packaging before it is opened.
• The print will be reprinted and resent.
• 📌Do not need return a damaged print!
• For Paintings:
• Buyers have inspect the painting within 7 days of receipt. If any major issues are found, the buyer have contact the seller within this 7-day period.
• ⚠️ If the package is not opened and inspected within 7 days, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the item’s condition, as oil paintings cannot remain rolled and unopened for extended periods. Buyers are informed of this requirement in writing when the painting is shipped.
• 🚩 If a serious issue is found witth painting, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package and attach the following photos: general front and back views, details of the painting, a package with address and the damaged packaging before it is opened.
• In this case, i will repaint and resend a new painting as agreed with the buyer.
• If the buyer decides a full refund or replace a painting, a painting will need to be returned to the sender.
• After confirmation, if the painting ( not print) matches the return,
• please return the item in its original packaging within 14 days.
• Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
