Return and Refund Policy

📌Fraudulent purchases will be treated as a violation of consumer rights under international law and will be cancelled without the possibility of appeal.

 Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 6 hours of purchase.

Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order for any reason, I will refund 100% of the order value.

If your item did not arrive or was lost in transit, you may request either a replacement or a refund.
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you can request a refund within 14 days after your order was supposed to arrive.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date with your order details and proof of non-delivery (such as tracking information).

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

FOR PRINTS:
Damaged or defective prints are non-returnable, and can only be exchanged for the same pattern of print and same size if damaged.

If the print was lost during shipment, it will be reprinted and resent or will be a full refund, depend of wishes of customer.

FOR OIL PAINTINGS:
 Buyers have inspect the painting within 7 days of receipt. If any major issues are found, the buyer have contact the seller within 7 days of delivery of the item. 

 If the package is not opened and inspected within 7 days, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the item’s condition, as oil paintings cannot remain rolled and unopened for extended periods. Buyers are informed of this requirement in writing when the painting is shipped.

In case of damaged, you have the right to return the item. It will either be replaced for new (as agreed with the buyer)or fully refunded without return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package and attach the following photos: general front and back views, details of the painting, a package with address and the damaged packaging before it is opened.

If you do not agree to receive a replacement (for paintings only, not for prints) you can request a refund instead.

To be eligible for a refund or replace to new painting, a damaged paining on canvas you should return to sender and a painting must be in the same condition you received it, unused or not stretched on a frame or hung and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you have need repack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address in France that we will provide you with.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded to you within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Please note:

Refunds are not available for items that have already been delivered successfully.

No Returns for Preference Changes: Items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded if you simply change your mind, or made a mistake with style, size, or address.

Printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are lost at mail. 

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASING:
-- The print/painting is non-returnable and non-replaceable or refunded under the following circumstances:
;--If you confused a print with a painting.
--If the buyer damaged the item when unpacking (e.g. cuts or tears).
--If you simply change your mind, or made a mistake with style, colors, options, size, or address.
--Please be careful when providing the delivery address. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
--If the address provided is determined to be insufficient by the postal carrier, the shipment will be returned to us. 
Customers are liable for reshipment costs in this situation. We will confirm the new address with you prior to reshipping.
--If the product does not fit your interior,
--If expectations were not met (note that personal expectations are subjective and may differ from the final product’s appearance.

Please carefully consider your purchase and how the painting will fit into your interior before buying. If necessary, consult with a designer.

Misuse of the Return Policy
Items purchased with the intent to claim a false refund (e.g., false accusations of damage or quality issues, misleading photos/videos) will result in the buyer being blocked, and the goods will not be eligible for return.

What happens if tracking states that an item was delivered but I didn't receive it?

If the tracking is marked as delivered but the customer reports that they did not receive the item. We recommend waiting a day and asking neighbors in case the item was mis-delivered or placed in an unexpected location.

In this situation, customers should reach out to the postal carrier; in some instances they are able to provide GPS coordinate for delivered items.

Please feel free to reach out and we will assist further if possible. 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
 Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
