Return Policy

📌Fraudulent purchases will be treated as a violation of consumer rights under international law and will be cancelled without the possibility of appeal.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

1.Custom or personalized orders

2.Perishable products (like food or flowers)

3.Digital downloadsIntimate items

4.Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

📌Return Policy:

      Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order for any reason, I will refund 100% of the order value.

1. In Case of Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo for confirmation. We will work together to find a positive solution.
2. For oil paintings, if damaged, you have the right to return the item. It will either be replaced or fully refunded without return shipping costs.
3. For printed canvases, if received damaged, the item will be replaced or fully refunded.
4. Returns: In case of damage to the item,
   We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund
5. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
6. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. No Returns for Preference Changes: Items cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded if you simply change your mind, or made a mistake with style, size, or address.
8. Important: Please be careful when providing the delivery address. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Please carefully consider your purchase and how the painting will fit into your interior before buying. If necessary, consult with a designer.
10. Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 6 hours of purchase.
